Agency Services
We manage your entire supply process in Türkiye on your behalf. Factory selection. Including price negotiation, sample tracking, and quality control.
We work on a commission basis and provide transparent reporting.

Our six-step process is:

Initial Contact & Needs Analysis
Contact us and share your product category, target weight, color, pattern, and quantity. Our team will evaluate your needs and offer you the best options.
 
Sample Selection & Submission
We identify the most suitable options from our supplier network and prepare samples within 1-2 weeks. And we will send it to you. Sample conditions are determined according to the request.
 
Ordering & Production
Once you approve your sample, we will forward your order to the factory and monitor the production process from start to finish.
Delivery dates will be finalized in advance.

Quality Control
Once production is complete, our quality control team in Istanbul inspects each batch. Color consistency, weight, texture, and dimensions are checked.

Shipping & Delivery
Approved products will be shipped to your address in Europe. All logistics documents will be prepared completely. Shipment tracking information will be shared with you.

After-Sales Support
If you encounter any problems after delivery, our team will work to resolve them. We are ready. Long-term cooperation is always a priority for us.
