Mayco Tekstil operates through two business models: as a direct supplier for brands purchasing finished goods, and as a sourcing agent for brands looking to source from Turkey. In both cases, we are your single point of contact.
Direct Sales
We buy directly from our network of producers and sell to you. Competitive wholesale prices, flexible quantities, and fast delivery. Available by the meter or in ready-made form. Minimum order: 100 eters/product.
Agency Services
We manage your entire supply process in Türkiye on your behalf. Factory selection. Including price negotiation, sample tracking, and quality control.
We work on a commission basis and provide transparent reporting.
Initial contact & needs analysis
Get in touch — share your product category, target weight, colour, pattern, and quantities. Our team evaluates your requirements and presents the most suitable options.
Sample selection & dispatch
We identify the best matches from our supplier network, prepare samples within 1–2 weeks, and dispatch them to you. Sample terms are agreed
on a case-by-case basis.
Order & production
Once you approve the sample, we place the order and monitor production end-to-end. Lead times are confirmed upfront and any changes are communicated immediately.
Quality control
When production is complete, our Istanbul QC team inspects every batch — checking colour consistency, weight, texture, and dimensions. Shipment only proceeds after approval.
Shipment & delivery
Approved goods are shipped to your European address. All logistics documents are prepared in full. Tracking information is shared
with you at the time of dispatch.
After-sales support
If any issue arises after delivery, our team is ready to resolve it. Long-term partnerships are always our priority.

Bize ulaşın, ürün kategorisi, hedef gramaj, renk, desen ve miktarınızı paylaşın. Ekibimiz ihtiyaçlarınızı değerlendirir ve size en uygun seçenekleri sunar.
Numune Seçimi & Gönderimi
Tedarikçi ağımızdan en uygun seçenekleri belirler, 1–2 hafta içinde numune hazırlar ve size göndeririz. Numune koşulları talebe göre belirlenir.
Sipariş & Üretim
Numunenizi onayladıktan sonra siparişinizi fabrikaya iletir, üretim sürecini baştan sona takip ederiz.Termin tarihleri önceden netleştirilir.
Kalite Kontrol
Üretim tamamlandığında İstanbul'daki kalite kontrol ekibimiz her partiyi denetler. Renk tutarlılığı, gramaj, doku ve boyut kontrolü yapılır.
Sevkiyat & Teslimat
Onaylanan ürünler Avrupa'daki adresinize sevk edilir. Tüm lojistik belgeleri eksiksiz hazırlanır. Sevkiyat takip bilgileri tarafınızla paylaşılır.
Satış Sonrası Destek
Teslimat sonrasında herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşırsanız ekibimiz çözüm üretmek için hazırdır. Uzun vadeli iş birliği bizim için her zaman önceliklidir.
